Overview

The dark otome visual novel ‘OVER REQUIEMZ’ was released for the Nintendo Switch by Aksys Games in both physical and digital formats. The game is a reimagining of The Wizard of Oz involving a protagonist named Yuhiru who must navigate monster-infested ruins alongside death row convicts.

Following the game's release, Otomate announced a stage adaptation titled ‘OVER REQUIEMZ -Akumizuki no Ouji-hen-’. The production is scheduled for February 2027 at the Mitsukoshi Theater in Tokyo and will feature two versions, a ‘Truth Route’ and a ‘Dark Fall Route’, to mirror the branching narratives of the original game.
