OXXO and Cubbo e-commerce logistics partnership

Overview

OXXO has entered a partnership with logistics technology company Cubbo to expand its role in the e-commerce last-mile delivery market. The initiative allows consumers to use participating OXXO locations as pick-up and drop-off points for online orders, providing an alternative to traditional home delivery.

The service, which includes reverse logistics for product returns, is currently in a pilot phase limited to selected stores within Mexico City. For the service to function, the e-commerce retailer must be integrated with the Cubbo platform, which supports various services including Shopify, WooCommerce, and VTEX. Once a customer selects a location during checkout, Cubbo manages the delivery to the store and notifies the consumer when the package is ready for collection.
