The gaming and toy industry in Paris is hosting several major events throughout late 2026.

In late October, the Play in Paris toy and game fair is scheduled to take place from October 30 to November 1 at the Parc Floral de Paris. Following a 2025 debut that drew over 20,000 visitors, this expanded second edition will occupy more than 10,000 square meters in the Pinède Hall. The event aims to connect studios with entities such as Tencent, Krafton, and Focus Entertainment, with international delegations from Poland, Greece, and Saudi Arabia expected to attend.

This is followed by Paris Games Week from October 22 to 25 at the Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles. Celebrating its 15th anniversary with a ‘Playground Edition’ format, the expo features an interactive mobile app experience. Major studios such as Capcom, SEGA, Ubisoft, and Activision are presenting titles including EA FC 27, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, and Rayman Legends Retold. Notable highlights include an exclusive French presentation of ‘Final Fantasy VII Revelation’ by director Naoki Hamaguchi and the European debut of ‘Monster Hunter Wilds: Ascendance’. Due to recent widespread looting of retailers in cities like Nice, Marseille, and Lille, organizers have implemented increased security measures, including additional private personnel.
