The Persona video-game series is marking its 30th anniversary through various international collaborations and themed events. In Japan, Anique Inc. is partnering with Tokyu Plaza Harajuku’s Harakado cafe for a celebration running from 12 September to 27 September 2026. The event features a pop-up shop on the 7th-floor rooftop terrace at the ‘701’ space, selling original merchandise and offering eight types of themed drinks with limited souvenir cups. A collaboration cafe will also be hosted at the 6F Share CAFE Harakado location. The celebration extends throughout the Harakado facility via various tenants. The flower shop ‘ALL GOOD FLOWERS’ will provide original wrapping paper, while ‘MEXICAN GRILL AVOCADO’ will use custom tray sheets featuring newly drawn illustrations. Customers visiting participating restaurants may receive random original coasters, and those visiting other tenants can obtain original stickers based on specific spending requirements. The space will include large-scale visual decorations, such as staircase art and a main-entrance billboard. Additional Japanese celebrations include a collaboration with the sake brand HINEMOS. This limited-edition collection features five distinct bottles designed with protagonists from Persona 1 through Persona 5. Using silk-screen printing directly on the glass, the bottles are intended to be reused as decor or vases. Each variety is crafted to reflect the atmosphere of its respective game, such as a ‘sharp, dry finish’ for Persona 1 and a ‘vibrant red sake’ for Persona 5. Pre-orders are scheduled to begin on 13 September. In the United States, Beard Papa’s and Atlus have announced a collaboration from 4 September to 4 October 2026. This event includes a limited-time cream puff menu with five flavors inspired by different franchise entries, ranging from ‘Revelations: Persona’ to ‘Persona 5 Royal’. KADOKAWA has announced a large-scale exhibition titled ‘PERSONA 30th EX.’ to commemorate the anniversary.
