PGN Energi Mengajar Negeri 2026 program

Overview

PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk (PGN) implemented the Energi Mengajar Negeri 2026 program to support student development and teacher empowerment across Indonesia. The initiative, which commemorated the 61st anniversary of the Pertamina gas subholding, involved 61 employee volunteers.

Running from September 16 to October 26, 2026, the program reached over 1,300 students and educators across various locations, including Bangka Regency, Pangkalpinang, Cirebon, Karawang, Pasuruan, Pagar Dewa in Lampung, Kendal, Cilegon, and Banyuwangi. Volunteers engaged with elementary school students to share learning experiences and encourage career aspirations.

In addition to educational sessions, the program provided schools with learning tools, sports and extracurricular equipment, and mobility aids for students with disabilities. PGN Corporate Secretary Fajriyah Usman stated that the program aims to provide direct community contributions by motivating children to develop their potential through interactive learning.
