Philips ultrawide monitor product releases

Overview

Philips has announced two new 34-inch curved ultrawide monitors targeting different user segments.

The first, the 34B2U5900C, is a business-oriented model featuring a ‘Dual Mode’ function. This allows users to toggle between a high-resolution WUHD mode (5120 x 2160) at 120 Hz for productivity and a high-refresh-rate WFHD mode (2560 x 1080) at 240 Hz. It includes 140W USB-C power delivery and eye-protection certifications.

The second, the Evnia 34M2C5601QA, is designed for gaming. It features a WQHD resolution, a 200 Hz refresh rate, and a 1 ms GtG response time. This model includes gaming-specific technologies such as Adaptive-Sync, Smart MBR, and AI-enhanced Ambiglow lighting, alongside a built-in KVM switch for multi-system control.
