Utility disruptions and infrastructure maintenance continued across the Balkans and Southeast Europe through late October 2026, affecting electricity, water, and gas supplies. In Montenegro, CEDIS maintained widespread interruptions for network maintenance, affecting Podgorica, Nikšić, Tuzi, Danilovgrad, Cetinje, Ulcinj, Bar, Kotor, Herceg Novi, Petnjica, Berane, Andrijevica, Plav, Plužine, Gusinje, and Rožaje. ~~Additionally,~~ Additional scheduled outages for late October include Mojkovac, Kolašin, and Pljevlja.
