On 29 July ~~2026,~~ 2026 the Podgorica City Assembly ~~voted to reject~~ rejected Mayor Momir Mujović’s annual report and several service reports, ~~while approving most others. Amid the political turmoil, Mayor Saša Mujović announced an accelerated schedule for the Vojislavljevića Boulevard revitalisation, aiming to complete the project by year‑end as part of a broader plan to pedestrianise the city centre and expand green space.
