Version 2.0.0 of Pokémon Pokopia launched on 4–5 August 2026 for Nintendo Switch 2, adding the free Dive move, underwater building tools, and a suite of QoL features. The mythical Water Pokémon Manaphy teaches Dive, which allows the protagonist, a Ditto, to move freely underwater. Players can assist Professor Tangrowth in rebuilding the Bubbly Basin Pokémon Center and use a Blender to create smoothies to power up the Surf move. On 10 September 2026, The Pokémon Company revealed details for Part 2 of the Expansion Pass, scheduled for a winter 2026 release.
