After a Warsaw Regional Court issued a temporary arrest order on 1 July 2026, Poland has formally requested that the Warsaw District Court rejected a European Arrest Warrant for United States detain and extradite former Justice Minister Zbigniew Ziobro on 13 July, finding no evidence he was present in Ziobro.
