In late June 2026, major tenants and developers signaled a surge in Poland’s commercial‑real‑estate market. Capgemini renewed a large lease for 8,400 m² in Wrocław, while other firms opened new office and retail spaces, and a Hungarian logistics park was announced. By late July, the momentum continued as developer 7R broke ground on a 47,000 m² logistics complex in the Warsaw‑Sękocin suburb, securing its first e‑commerce tenant, Strefa Tenisa, for 3,500 m². The park is positioned near the S8 expressway and Opacz transport hub, linking directly to Warsaw’s centre, Chopin Airport and national routes. Simultaneously, Redkom Development started a 35,000 m² shopping park in Tarnów; about 90 % of the retail space is already pre‑let to brands such as Lidl, CCC, Rossmann and Media Expert. New activity in late July shows the trend broadening. TFG Asset Management leased more than 1,000 m² of flexible CUBE Flex Maxi office modules in Gdańsk’s Jasień district to DUNA Polska, Spotio and other firms, adding modular, class‑A workspaces to the market. At the same time, CTP began construction of CTPark Bydgoszcz, a 51,000 m² logistics park on a 14‑hectare site at the Bydgoszcz West transport hub, benefiting from tax incentives under the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. ~~These projects underscore sustained growth~~ At the end of July, LOGISTEED Poland increased its leased area in Panattoni Park Warsaw North II to over 50,000 m², an 18 % rise aimed at handling growing volumes. Meanwhile, DL Invest Group secured more than €146 million from Erste Group and ~~diversification~~ Erste Bank Polska to refinance six logistics parks covering roughly 260,000 m², underscoring continued investor confidence in ~~Poland’s commercial‑property~~ the sector.
