Polish manufacturing capabilities in specialized packaging and defense logistics have seen recent developments. The firm Castelior introduced modular ammunition transport boxes at the Eurosatory 2026 exhibition, specifically designed for 120 mm tank shells and mortar rounds used in the Rak system. Expanding on defense industry cooperation, CSG and Zakłady Metalowe Dezamet S.A. signed a contract exceeding 100 million euros for the supply of pyrotechnic components and subassemblies used in 155 mm artillery ammunition fuses. This agreement follows long-term technology transfers from the CSG group aimed at strengthening ammunition production capabilities within Poland and for NATO and European Union member states. Furthering its Polish operations, CSG has secured additional orders exceeding 150 million euros from Huta Stalowa Wola SA (HSW). These orders involve the supply of chassis for the production of Waran 4x4 and Heron 6x6 multi-purpose tactical vehicles, which are being manufactured under license to support Polish defense requirements. These agreements highlight the expanding role of the Czech-based CSG Group in facilitating industrial cooperation and bolstering European defense capabilities.
