Overview

Poland’s Ministry of Science and Higher Education has taken steps to support the higher education sector through both informational initiatives and proposed legislative changes.

Initially, Minister Marcin Kulasek promoted the long-term economic and personal benefits of university studies at the Warsaw High School Salon. Furthermore, the amendment seeks to expand the ability of various government bodies, such as the Ministries of National Defense, Interior and Administration, and Sport and Tourism, to independently commission research and expertise tasks from academic and research units.
