Investigators are examining financial flows between the exchange and political entities. Regarding the 450,000 PLN donation, Ziobro admitted to requesting financial support from Kral, noting that Artur Chodziński, a former CBA agent, acted as an intermediary. Additionally, authorities are looking into transactions involving the Dobry Rząd foundation, established by MP Przemysław Wipler, who has denied that any funds received from the exchange were connected to his parliamentary activities.
The probe has been merged with a separate case concerning the disappearance of Zondacrypto founder Sylwester Suszka. During parliamentary proceedings, Prime Minister Donald Tusk cited testimony regarding potential payments intended for Ziobro, though Ziobro has denied personal contact with the exchange president.
