Several Polish voivodeships are implementing tourism voucher programs to stimulate regional travel and support the local hospitality industry during the autumn months. In Podlaskie Voivodeship, the ‘Podlaski Czek Turystyczny’ program utilizes a 3.4 million PLN budget. Following its opening on September 1, 2026, the first round saw approximately 6,668 vouchers issued, with funds exhausted within two hours. A subsequent distribution of over 5,800 vouchers was completed in less than 18 minutes, with individual tourist allocations exhausted in under two minutes. Vouchers for seniors and Large Family Card holders were claimed within 11 and 17 minutes, respectively. Each voucher is worth 300 PLN for stays of at least two nights at participating facilities. A third round of distribution in Podlaskie is scheduled for November 2.
