Poland’s vintage-vehicle and antique heritage scene continues to expand through diverse rallies, exhibitions, and collectors' markets. In August 2026, the 14th International Vintage Vehicle Rally concluded in Świebodzice, featuring 51 crews from Poland, the Czech Republic, and Germany. On 9 August, the 20th Świętokrzyski Zlot Motocykli i Pojazdów Zabytkowych (MotoPiknik) showcased several hundred historic vehicles at the Open-Air Ethnographic Museum in Tokarnia. In the Gostyń district, a parade of vintage vehicles, motorcycles, and agricultural machinery, including a 1962 Schmotzer Rekord Kombi and a Polish Syrena, opened the “Dobre Smaki Powiatu” harvest festival. Late August saw increased activity, including the 3rd Polish Legend Rally in the Kłodzka Land. Other regional activities included the AKPOL Baja Poland rally in Szczecin, the Iwkowa Traktoriada tractor parade, and the Motoryzacyjne Pożegnanie Lata in Dobczycy. In early September, the XIV Chojnicki Vintage Vehicle Rally commenced in the Bory Tucholskie region, featuring scenic drives through forests and a gathering at Lake Charzykowskie. The event includes a fundraiser to support the treatment and rehabilitation of a child named Pola, who is battling Rett syndrome. Regional activity also expanded in Lubin, where the 9th Lubin Vintage Vehicle Rally in Forest Park featured approximately 110 cars, including a Jaguar MK2 and a Cadillac Eldorado. Meanwhile, in Zielona Góra, groups like Zielona G-ratem organized meetings for ‘youngtimer’ enthusiasts at the Ethnographic Museum in Ochla, showcasing vehicles ranging from the Polish Fiat 126p to Mercedes-Benz models. In mid-September, the Retro Motor Show in Poznań was announced for the MTP venue. The event will feature collections celebrating the 90th anniversary of the Volkswagen Beetle and 50 years of Porsche Transaxle history, alongside first-generation Ford Mustangs and American police vehicles.
