Polish vintage vehicle rallies

Poland has continued to promote classic‑car culture through a series of regional events. In August 2024 the town of Świebodzice hosted the 14th International Rally of Vintage Vehicles, featuring up to 40 historic cars and motorcycles that traversed the Góry Sowich hills before being displayed on the market square. The rally was organized by the Moto‑Veteran Wałbrzych association and attracted participants from Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany.

Two years later, in August 2026, the focus shifted to multiple festivals. Szczawno‑Zdrój held “Retro Wakacje 2026”, an open‑air exhibition of restored classic cars, while Nowy Sącz staged the XVIII Zlot Zabytkowych Pojazdów, a two‑day gathering that combined classic vehicles, vintage bicycles, concerts and safety workshops. Both events emphasized community engagement and the link between historic and contemporary motoring.

Together, these gatherings illustrate an ongoing effort by Polish municipalities and sponsors to celebrate automotive heritage, draw regional enthusiasts, and foster public interest in vintage transportation.
