Polish volleyball 2026/2027 season preparations

Overview

Polish volleyball clubs and leagues are preparing for the 2026/2027 season. Early preparations focused on individual club rosters and sponsorships, such as KPS Skra Bełchatów extending its partnership with PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A., and roster changes for women’s teams like PGE Budowlani Łódź and DevelopRes Rzeszów.

As the season approaches, the men’s top-tier league is undergoing a rebranding from PlusLiga to the Tauron Liga. The season is scheduled to begin on October 16, 2026, with fourteen teams participating. Additionally, the TAURON Cup final tournament has been confirmed to return to the TAURON Arena Kraków in January 2027.
