Educational institutions and regional organizations in Poland are implementing various professional development and vocational training initiatives. In August, universities introduced specialized programs, such as e-learning courses at Gdańsk University of Technology focusing on financial management and data analysis, alongside English language training at the Higher School of Public Administration in Ostrołęka to improve international employability. By September, the focus expanded to include regional projects. Fundusz Górnośląski SA launched a competency development project offering career counseling, while the ‘Modern Vocational Education in the Heart of Kashubia II’ initiative began recruiting students for training in technical and service sectors, including IT, mechatronics, and renewable energy. In early September, these efforts expanded further across several regions. In Lublin, the ‘Lublin Skills Up!’ project began offering free workshops on topics such as mental well-being, entrepreneurship, self-presentation, and social media sales. In Mysłowice, an information meeting was scheduled for October 6 to assist residents and entrepreneurs in securing European Union funds for training and professional courses. In the Kashubia region, the ‘Modern Vocational Education in the Heart of Kashubia II’ project continued its recruitment for the 2026/2027 school year, targeting technical fields such as IT, logistics, mechatronics, and renewable energy through paid internships and modern classroom equipment. Additionally, climate education training focusing on energy transformation and renewable energy sources was introduced in Lipno for educators and social workers.
