Overview
PT PLN (Persero) has initiated a strategic restructuring by merging its subsidiaries, PT PLN Electricity Services and PT PLN Nusa Daya, into a new subholding called PLN Services. Additionally, PLN has entered partnerships to support infrastructure, including a program with PT Semen Padang to bundle construction materials with electricity upgrades for housing developers, and a collaboration with the Regional Intelligence Agency in Southeast Sulawesi to facilitate electricity infrastructure projects.
