Public transport services in Serbia and Croatia continue to face disruptions due to infrastructure projects and local events. In Belgrade, roadworks on Gružanska Street and its intersection with Andre Marinkovića are causing phased transit changes. Regarding the Belgrade metro, City Manager Miroslav Čučković confirmed that traffic suspensions on Despota Stefana Boulevard are delayed until after the spring due to unrecorded underground installations. Work will instead focus on tunnel excavation preparation and metro entrance walls to avoid the heating season. On September 5, significant public transport changes and street closures were implemented across Belgrade to accommodate the ‘Trka 10K Beograd 2026’ race and the Belgrade Pride march. Following these events, further disruptions are scheduled for Sunday, September 13, due to the IRONMAN 70.3 Serbia triathlon and the 5th Zemun Half Marathon. During the marathon, between 08:00 and 14:00, traffic will be suspended in parts of Novi Beograd, including Nikola Tesla Boulevard, Karađorđev trg, 22. oktobra, Nemanjina, and Cara Dušana. Bus lines 15, 17, 73, 45, 81, and 81L will follow modified paths, while lines 82, 88, 610, and 611 will operate on shortened routes. In Zagreb, roadworks at the Selska cesta and Matka Baštijana intersection affect line 109.
