Puebla municipal LED lighting modernization

Overview

The municipal government of Puebla, under Mayor Pepe Chedraui, has completed the modernization of public lighting in the Santa Margarita neighborhood. Through the ‘Puebla Brilla’ program, 230 obsolete luminaries were replaced with high-efficiency LED technology, bringing the total to 299 lighting points in the area.

In addition to the hardware replacement and circuit maintenance, municipal crews performed tree pruning and green area maintenance to provide comprehensive urban care. This project is part of a larger city-wide strategy that has modernized a total of 39,517 luminaries to improve visibility, mobility, and public safety.
