Puerto Morelos municipal administrative updates

Overview

The Puerto Morelos City Council has implemented several administrative changes and regulatory updates. In late September 2026, the Council approved the appointment of Ana Isabel Luna García as the new municipal treasurer, replacing José Luis Ciau Xiu.
