Overview
Qatar Airways has expanded its rollout of Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi to more than 150 widebody aircraft. The airline has completed installations across its entire Airbus A350 and Boeing 777 fleets and is the first globally to operate Starlink-equipped Boeing 787-9 aircraft.
The service provides speeds of up to 500 Mbps for activities such as gaming and video streaming. The carrier aims to reach 180 Starlink-equipped aircraft by the end of the year, with plans to complete the rollout across its entire Boeing 787 fleet by the end of 2026.
