Racing 92 pre‑season and venue shift
Entities: Gross · Dominique‑Duvauchelle stadium · Martial Godo · Patrice Collazo · Racing 92
Overview
Racing 92 began its 2026‑27 pre‑season on 20 July, keeping most of its core squad and adding only four new players. Manager Patrice Collazo said the continuity would give the team extra time to develop its playing identity before the Top 14 campaign.
At the same time, the club faces a temporary stadium displacement. Renovations for the 2030 Winter Games will close the Paris La Défense Arena, so Racing 92 will use the Dominique‑Duvauchelle stadium in Créteil as a base and schedule additional fixtures at other venues across France while the Yves‑du‑Moir stadium in Colombes is also under work for the 2024 Olympic field‑hockey tournament. Collazo expressed confidence that the team can remain competitive despite the venue changes.
