Developed in partnership with Ceerose, the 31-storey Radisson RED Sydney Haymarket is a 328-room upper-upscale lifestyle hotel located near Central Station. Scheduled to open in ~~Australia and~~ 2029, the ~~completion~~ facility will feature a restaurant, lobby café-bar, pool bar, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and 218 square metres of meeting space. It will also include a dedicated lounge for early and late check-outs. In Thailand, the group is expanding its footprint through a partnership with South Point Group to manage the Radisson Serviced Apartments Rawai ~~Phuket in Thailand~~ Phuket. Located within the Next Point Condominium development, this 118-key leasehold product will operate under international hotel management standards and is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2028.
