Rally Entrerriano RUS in General Galarza

Overview

The fifth round of the 36th Rally Entrerriano RUS season was scheduled to take place in General Galarza from September 25 to 27. As a new venue for the season, the event was set to award 50% extra points across 11 timed stages.

However, the competition was concluded prematurely due to heavy rainfall. More than 50mm of rain made local roads impassable, forcing authorities to cancel the second stage for safety reasons. While the second stage and Power Stage provided no points, points from the first stage and the overall race were awarded in full. Guillermo Pitón and Juan Capurro were declared the winners of the General Classification.
