Reşadiye Recreation Area opening in Çekmeköy

Overview

The Reşadiye Recreation Area has officially opened to the public in the Çekmeköy district of Istanbul. Constructed by the Çekmeköy Municipality, the facility was inaugurated during a ceremony attended by local officials, including Çekmeköy Mayor Orhan Çerkez, Şile District Governor Mustafa Çit, and AK Party Istanbul Provincial Chairman Abdullah Özdemir.

The new site features park areas, a place of worship, indoor and outdoor social facilities, and barbecue areas designed for community socialization. During the ceremony, Mayor Orhan Çerkez stated that the facility is intended to provide a “healthy and social environment for residents and their children.”
