Redcare Pharmacy financial performance and guidance

Overview

Redcare Pharmacy has seen positive momentum driven by strong market performance and updated financial outlooks.

In late September, the company’s shares rose by 5.42 percent on the Xetra exchange, reaching 64.20 euros. This surge followed a ‘Buy’ rating from Deutsche Bank Research, which suggested that recent price weakness offered an attractive entry point and anticipated that upcoming third-quarter results would support the company’s annual guidance.

By the end of the month, Redcare Pharmacy raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance for the second time in the year. The company expects German prescription medication revenue to grow by 45% to 51%, reaching between EUR 730 million and EUR 760 million. This is an increase from the previous guidance of EUR 680 million to EUR 720 million. Consequently, total group revenue growth guidance was adjusted upward to a range of 16%–18%.

CEO Olaf Heinrich attributed this growth to high customer satisfaction and the increasing adoption of electronic prescriptions, noting that the electronic prescription (e-Rx) Net Promoter Score rose to 80 points in August. While the prescription segment shows strong performance, the company maintained its guidance for non-Rx revenue growth at 10% to 12% and confirmed its adjusted EBITDA margin target of 2.5% to 3.0%.
