Regional development and public administration in Batman

Local authorities and business leaders in Batman, Turkey, continue to coordinate efforts across social welfare, economic development, and public safety sectors.

Social welfare initiatives led by the Provincial Director of Family and Social Services involve collaborations with non-governmental organizations to support disabled individuals, disadvantaged children, and at-risk youth. Recent discussions with NGO representatives have focused on improving accessibility, social participation, and reintegrating at-risk youth into society.

In the economic sector, the Batman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BATSO) is pursuing regional development through digital transformation, such as the implementation of electronic archiving systems, and the completion of a new service building.
