Belgium is hosting various regional sporting and tourism events throughout late 2026.

In the motorsport sector, the East Belgian Rally in the Sankt-Vith region serves as a critical competition. For the Porsche Rally Trophy Benelux, eight teams will compete in this penultimate round, which utilizes a double points system that could decide the 2026 title before the Spa Rally finale on November 28 and 29. The rally also includes the top tier of the Belgian championship with 15 vehicles, and the Junior Belgian Rally Championship, where Emilien Allart holds a two-point lead over Benoit Wauthier.

Cycling and tourism activities include the Linkeroever Criterium in Antwerp on October 10. Organized by Poisson Pilote and the Antwerp district, the event features races for youth, women, and men, plus a 50-kilometer social gravel ride. In Ranst, the Proevertjesroute is scheduled for October 18. This 35-kilometer guided bike tour, organized by the municipality and Regionaal Landschap de Voorkempen, will be opened by Mayor Bart Goris at Castle Vrieselhof and allows participants to visit eight local producers.

Additionally, the Flanders Championship cycling race, known as the Koolskamp Koers, is scheduled to take place in Koolskamp, featuring a 180-kilometer course.
