Ricoh Japan LiveOffice facility developments

Ricoh Japan has expanded its workstyle transformation initiatives through the establishment and renovation of its ViCreA LiveOffice facilities.

In early September 2026, the company opened the ViCreA Yokosuka LiveOffice in its Yokosuka business office. Operating under the concept ‘NAVY INNOVATION BASE Yokosuka,’ the facility features specialized environments such as seminar areas with interactive whiteboards, hybrid communication spaces using Microsoft Teams Rooms, and various remote booths designed to connect local communities and partners.

Later in the month, Ricoh announced the renewal of the ViCreA Mie LiveOffice in Yokkaichi City. This renovation, themed ‘Mie Miyabi,’ incorporates local cultural elements, such as cypress from Owase and designs inspired by the Ise Grand Shrine. The updated workspace includes functional zones for concentration, collaboration, and teamwork, alongside cafe-style areas. The facility also addresses regional needs by providing a nursing and welfare solution room and displaying disaster prevention solutions for local flood risks.
