While seasonal respiratory outbreaks are expected, experts also identified Hepatitis A and parasites as additional concerns. Medical professionals advised that illness rates usually climb two to three weeks after the school year begins and emphasized the importance of allowing children to recover fully at home to prevent complications like pneumonia or ear infections.
