Rixos Hotels expansion in Southeast Asia

Overview

Rixos Hotels is expanding its presence in Southeast Asia through new large-scale resort developments.

In Vietnam, the Rixos Phu Quoc resort is under construction on Hon Thom island. Developed by Sun Group, the project spans over 131,000 square meters and will feature nearly 1,700 rooms. This development represents the first all-inclusive Rixos model in Southeast Asia.

Following this, Rixos announced an expansion into Thailand with the Rixos Water World Phuket project. A collaboration between Rixos, Ennismore, and Central Group Capital, the resort is scheduled to open in early 2028. The facility will include over 600 rooms and villas, an integrated water park, and wellness services, bringing the brand’s ‘All Inclusive, All Exclusive’ concept to the Thai market.
