Robbery arrests in Can Tho, Vietnam

Overview

In Can Tho, Vietnam, police arrested Nguyen Phi Dang and Le Huu Nghia following a series of snatch-and-grab robberies in Ho Dac Kien commune. On August 8, the suspects attempted to steal a gold necklace from a grocery store owner and later attempted to rob a woman on a motorbike, partially breaking a necklace during the struggle. The pair was apprehended on August 9 in Tan Phuoc Hung commune after an investigation by local criminal police.
