Rohde & Schwarz technology showcases

Rohde & Schwarz has announced a series of technology showcases for late 2026 focusing on defense, aerospace, broadcasting, and radio frequency (RF) solutions.

Initial demonstrations scheduled for the DALO Industry Days in the United Kingdom will highlight integrated defense and test solutions. These include electromagnetic intelligence (ELINT) capabilities, mobile solutions for rapid deployment, and the THORIS modular architecture designed to detect and defeat small uncrewed aerial systems (UAS). In the broadcasting sector, the company plans to present terrestrial transmission solutions for 5G Broadcast and ATSC 3.0, alongside satellite network upgrades at the IBC show in Amsterdam.

Following these events, the company will present RF and microwave test and measurement solutions at European Microwave Week (EuMW) 2026 in London. This showcase will focus on electronic warfare (EW) and electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO), featuring signal and spectrum analyzers designed to test radar and EW scenarios involving DRFM-based jammers. The demonstrations will also cover emerging 6G sensing applications and phased-array antennas.
