While 51% of Romanians believe they possess high financial knowledge, objective assessments indicate only 13% actually meet that level, which is below the European average of 26%. In response, the 'Naționala de Edu Fin' initiative was launched by Banca Comercială Română (BCR) to help citizens test and improve their practical financial management skills.
