Romanian travel alerts for natural hazards

In Spain, a red alert for vegetation fires was issued for the Valencian Community, specifically naming the towns of Sierra Engarceran, Culla, and Tirig in the Castellón province. Additionally, Typhoon Dolphin impacted southern Japan, causing injuries and over 500 flight cancellations, before moving toward China, where an orange alert prompted port and ferry closures in provinces like Zhejiang and Fujian.
