Sabor Barranquilla food festival 19th edition concludes

The 19th edition of the Sabor Barranquilla food festival in Colombia is scheduled for August 20 to 23. Sponsored by Gases del Caribe, the concluded after a four-day event focuses focused on Caribbean culinary heritage and social transformation. Ramón Dávila, general manager of Sponsored by Gases del Caribe, noted that the partnership aims to use gastronomy as a tool for social change. The festival features featured 52 chefs and cooks showcasing traditions from Colombia, Aruba, and Curaçao. This year, Curaçao, blending traditional recipes with modern techniques.
