Salon Orchestra Japan winter family concerts

Overview

Salon Orchestra Japan is organizing a series of interactive, winter-themed classical music concerts across Japan designed for families with infants and young children. The performances aim to create a low-anxiety environment where children can move or cry freely.

Program features include a ‘Let’s Dance the Waltz!’ segment and an instrument experience corner where children can interact with real violins and musical toys. To accommodate families, venues provide nursing rooms, diaper changing areas, and stroller parking.

Scheduled events include performances in Hyogo Prefecture on November 14, 2026, and Yamagata Prefecture on November 22, 2026. Additionally, a concert is set for November 28, 2026, at the Yokosuka Manabikan Civic Hall in Kanagawa Prefecture.
