Speaking during a panel discussion, Mansour noted that foreign investors prioritize market understanding and competitive, diverse products. He identified Jeddah as a growing hub for investment horizons beyond traditional real estate, specifically citing opportunities in religious tourism, beach tourism, integrated urban communities, and hospitality-related sectors.
