Overview
The State System for Integral Family Development (SEDIF) in Puebla has implemented initiatives to provide auditory assistance to children, adolescents, and young adults with hearing disabilities.
Initially, SEDIF reactivated an update process for cochlear hearing processors, investing 33.5 million pesos to benefit 65 families. Subsequently, in collaboration with the Dante Eludier Foundation, SEDIF distributed 61 bilateral hearing aids to 30 beneficiaries during a community event at the Cuauhtémoc Stadium. This event, part of the ‘Jornada Integral Por Amor a las Familias’, also provided broader social and medical support, including food parcel distribution, community work grants, and various free medical and dental services.
