Sesc RJ is expanding its cultural programming in Petrópolis through various artistic initiatives. Submissions for three specific showcases—Andança, Olhar Fluminense, and Mirada Infanto-juvenil—are set to open on October 22, 2026, and will remain open until November 22, 2026. The Andança showcase is a competitive category for Brazilian short, medium, and feature films released after January 1, 2025. Additionally, the dance production ‘Desenho do Tempo’, directed by Esther Weitzman, is scheduled to perform at Sesc Quitandinha on October 23 as part of the Sesc Pulsar 2026 program. The performance is part of a broader tour through the state of Rio de Janeiro.
