Shriners Children’s East‑West Bowl watchlist

In late July 2026 the Shriners Children’s East‑West Bowl released its 1,000‑player watch list for the 2027 all‑star game. The list highlights top NFL‑draft‑eligible college athletes and includes selections from several programs.

The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) contributed five Roadrunners—wide receiver David Amador II, running back Will Henderson III, quarterback Owen McCown, linebacker Owen Pewee and wide receiver AJ Wilson—each noted for strong season statistics. The East‑West Bowl is scheduled for February 4, 2027 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, where NFL coaches will work with the selected athletes.
