Sitka Gold exploration in Yukon

Sitka Gold has seen increased interest and market valuation due to its exploration projects in the Yukon. Early investor sentiment highlighted the potential for large-scale open-pit deposits based on continuous gold grades, noting that surface hits at the Rhosgobel target helped increase the company’s market value from 12 million to over 300 million dollars.

Subsequent drilling results at the RC Gold project have identified significant intersections, including a drill hole intercepting 141.5 meters of gold at an average grade of 1.93 g/t. These findings at the Blackjack zone suggest potential for underground mining at depth. Furthermore, shallower drilling has identified a 550-meter bridge connecting previously separate deposits into a continuous mineralization corridor. The company has completed over 30,000 meters of new drilling, which is expected to lead to a significant resource upgrade.

Recent drilling at the Blackjack deposit has further detailed these successes, with a borehole intercepting 141.5 meters of gold at 1.93 g/t, which includes a high-grade core of 80.6 meters at 3.20 g/t.
