Overview
On September 24, a 23-year-old man from Hanoi, identified as N. T. H., went missing in the Ma River after an accident involving a motorcycle on a pontoon bridge between Tiên Sơn and Là villages in Chiềng Khương commune, Sơn La Province.
The Firefighting and Rescue Police Department of Sơn La launched a search operation involving dozens of officers, specialized vehicles, and boats. Despite challenges posed by swift currents and complex terrain, search teams eventually located the victim's body on September 26 in the Muong Et district of Huaphan Province, Laos.
