Overview

Law enforcement authorities in South America are conducting operations against organized crime networks, specifically targeting links to the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG).

In Ecuador, the Fiscalía General del Estado is prosecuting 36 individuals suspected of belonging to a network allegedly linked to the CJNG.
