In late July 2026, South Korean AI firms attracted significant capital and strategic support. Additionally, 3D machine vision startup Clerobotics was chosen for the ‘Global TIPS R&D’ program, committing 6.2 billion KRW through 2030 to develop an integrated bin-picking platform for logistics and inspection markets. These developments illustrate a coordinated effort by major South Korean conglomerates and conglomerates, venture investors investors, and government programs to fund, integrate and scale AI and robotics innovations across biotech, logistics and manufacturing sectors.
