In late July 2026, Spain’s road freight and logistics sector secured new three‑year collective agreements in León and Barcelona. The León pact, negotiated by CCOO, grants a 4 % annual wage rise (12 % cumulative) plus a suite of bonuses for night shifts, loading, Sundays and overtime, with retroactive base‑wage increases from 1 January 2026.
