Officers seized hard drives and copied emails related to more than €1 million in sponsorship contracts awarded between May 2024 and March 2026 to companies owned by local businessman Pascual Llopis. Later that month, the same law‑enforcement agencies raided the offices of Soria City Hall. Investigators again searched for documents and electronic records tied to alleged money‑laundering within the municipal administration.
